Jane’s Addiction frontman Perry Farrell, The Doors drummer John Densmore, Garbage singer Shirley Manson, and I are celebrating music and activism with WERD, a “live magazine” at The Theatre at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles on April 28th! All proceeds from the event are going back into arts education benefitting P.S. Arts. I’m excited to speak with Perry and discuss art and music, and I’m looking forward to watching the conversation between Shirley Manson and my good friend John Densmore. There will be acoustic performances and an all-star jam by artists still to be announced. I wouldn’t be where I am today without my education, so I’m proud to participate in this event and do my part to help provide funding for the arts.
