Brooklyn-based multimedia artist, Steve Keene is releasing his first-ever limited edition art book that tells the story of his career by showcasing the work from his show Modular Synthesis at Subliminal Projects back in 2016, produced by co-curator of Modular Synthesis, Daniel Efram.
Known for his contribution to the ’90s indie art & music scene with painted album cover artwork for bands such as Pavement, The Apples in Stereo, & Silver Jews, amongst others. The Modular Synthesis exhibition included more than 800 of Keene’s multimedia works, including his signature hand painted multiples.
