I believe in what Edward Snowden stands for as a whistleblower and as an American. Snowden uncovered the massive surveillance program of the Obama Administration and his actions should be seen as wholly patriotic. Snowden knew the risks of his actions, but courageously exposed himself and more importantly exposed the United States government. I was happy to work with the ACLU on this month’s cover and story in STAND magazine which showcases my illustration of Edward Snowden.
