I’ve always been inspired by punk, the DIY ethos, and how it shapes attitudes and culture, so I’m excited to announce my next show Salad Days, 1989-1999, opening Saturday, June 16 at Cranbrook Art Museum in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan! The exhibition showcases the first 10 years of my career through a variety of posters, stickers, and archival documents.
In conjunction with my show, the museum will also debut Too Fast to Live, Too Young to Die: Punk Graphics, 1976-1986, exploring the unique visual language of the punk and post-punk movements from the mid-1970s to the mid-1980s, including many rare flyers, posters, albums, promotions, and zines. I’m looking forward to returning to the Midwest and sharing my work with the city of Bloomfield Hills!
