Donald Trump has ignored civic standards and circumvented the law with impunity in ways that not only subvert democracy, but reveal his image of himself as a monarch or dictator. I have worked a good bit with Represent.US on their campaign finance reform initiatives so I was very happy to see their statement calling for Trump to resign if he can’t commit to a free and fair election. Represent.US makes a lot of important point about how the fundamentals of our democracy should work and how threatened they are by Trump. Check it out here! -Shepard
