A lot of people, including myself, felt defeated and hopeless by Trump’s election, but I feel his election should energize people to resist apathy, ignorance, sexism, xenophobia, and racism. An evolution of the DIY silk screened skateboards I made in the 90’s, the “No Future” triptych boards are refined art pieces inspired by my frustration with Trump’s election and presidency and also by the Sex Pistols and their song “God Save the Queen.” The spirit of skateboard culture is what drives this collaboration with The Skateroom.
