Henry Rollins asked me if I’d be willing to make the poster for a concert celebrating the life of The Muff’s Kim Shattuck, who passed away from ALS last October. I was more than happy to do it because ALS is brutal. My art assistant’s dad died from it, and my wife has MS, which has slower, but similar effects. I’m a fan of The Muffs and several of the bands involved, but mostly, I’m glad I can support the effort to cure ALS and celebrate Kim’s life!
