On Monday, politicians declared a fake “state of emergency” so they could gut America’s first stateside Anti-Corruption Act in South Dakota. Repealing the Anti-Corruption Act isn’t just an attack on the voters of South Dakota – it’s an attack on the Anti-Corruption movement across the country. If we don’t fight back NOW and protect America’s first statewide Anit-Corruption Act, it could be a major setback for South Dakota and for future Anti-Corruption Acts across the country.
Our system allows influential corporations to use their money and privilege as a vehicle to put profits ahead of the general well-being of the populace, an important issue I take very seriously and explore in my current show, American Civics at Subliminal Projects (see examples below). Click here to help end corruption, get money out of politics, and restore democracy. Thanks for caring!
