The New York Times – Works and Process: Justin Peck and Shepard Fairey

Among his many exciting projects, Mr. Peck, the resident artist at New York City Ballet, has been collaborating with the graphic artist Shepard Fairey for a coming premiere at Miami City Ballet. As part of Works & Process at the Guggenheim Museum, he shares excerpts from the piece and discusses its development with Lourdes Lopez, Miami City Ballet’s artistic director, and Ellen Bar, a producer of the documentary “Ballet 422,” which takes a look at the creative process behind one of Mr. Peck’s ballets.
