This mural, “Peace is Power,” is meant to encourage us to strive for health and peace for humanity and the planet that sustains us. Peace is not the absence of disagreement, but the ability to resolve disagreements without violence. Peace takes more thought, more kindness, more diplomacy, and more creativity, but the result is a more powerful investment in our collective future. The dove is internationally recognized as a symbol of peace, making it an ideal communication tool. I hope the message reaches all who see it across nations and cultures. -Shepard
