Tell the Senate: Reject Jeff Sessions as Attorney General

Rock the Vote is joining civil rights organizations to deliver petitions to the Senate tomorrow, asking for the rejection of Senator Jeff Sessions’ nomination as Attorney General.

Senator Sessions’ discriminatory practices of voter disenfranchisement have disproportionately affected young people and people of color, actively ensuring that casting a ballot is more challenging for our generation. During his career, Senator Sessions has also been a danger to the Voting Rights Act, making him profoundly unfit to serve as Attorney General and the primary enforcer of voting rights legislation.
