The Amplifier Foundation is teaming up with the Women’s March on Washington to commission, produce, and distribute public art on a mass scale for the historic gathering. Together they have launched an open call to all female-identifying artists located in the United States and will print tens of thousands of pieces of art as signs and banners to be distributed free of charge to marchers during the Women’s March on January 21st. More details can be found at the link in their header. Judges include renowned artists Swoon, Favianna Rodriguez, and Jess Snow! Please submit strongly graphic work that translates well from a distance and has clear messaging. Artists chosen will receive a grant to support their work. See you in DC!
