OBEY: is the icon of Shepard. Shepard stick around giant poster sticker. He want everybody to see it on street and use OBEY this word to let the people think it is disguesting.

He wants to use ”REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY” to attack people. Shepard hope everybody have their own mind of thinking, don’t easy to trust the things.
